1. Signature Link on Forums - Being active in a Community pays big time. You get to interact with forum members, learn from them and even share your knowledge and expertise. In return you earn respect, back links and Site Visitors. Create a Signature link in forums pointing to your own site.
2. Answer Questions on Yahoo Answers with your Link Site - When I don’t have anything better to do online, I visit Yahoo Answers and try to be as helpful as possible. Then at the end my message/answer, I write my name and below that my site URL. I get a lot of visitors this way..
3. Top Commenter Plugin - You have a favorite site or Blog? Then keep commenting until you gain a Top Commenter Spot for extra exposure.
4. Sponsor a Contest - If you have the chance to sponsor a contest from a site who has a big readership then do so. Not only will you gain traffic from sponsoring a contest, you also get PR Link Juice from both the Contest Holder and its Participants.
5. Be reviewed! - Get your site reviewed .. this is a great way to get constructive criticisms and to tap a new audience..

The Yahoo answers thing isn’t a bad idea but I like the contest sponsor idea the best.
