Workload is Crazy!

It was for me a brave decision to venture into making Customized Wordpress Themes. Obviously, I am much more comfortable just designing Wordpress Themes and selling them later on. But now, I decided that I want to work closely with my clients so I can design the Wordpress Theme that is best suited for their site.

Not only has my workload doubled, as there is a big demand for this but Customer Support is really taking so much of my time as well. I should probably put up a forum so that I won’t have to repeat on answering the same questions over and over. But I am not yet sold on this idea. I still would want to go out of my way to help and assist as much as I can. Nothing beats the feeling when a client says “Thank You” when they know that what you have done is more that what you were required to do. Most of the time, this is even the very reason why they would want to do business with you again.

So for now, I just have to hang-on to my Crazy Workload (and one stress tab a day - I should try an energy drink to go with it, lol). If only I could design 24 hours each day without taking a break or going to sleep, I would. But then I am already making it a point to stay away from my workstation once in a while. Or to at least, go to the mall and relax. I don’t want to abuse my body anymore cause the last time I did, I got sick for three weeks. I had to stop. When I came back, my design skill was terrible, just one wordpress theme in 3 days!

But what do you do when each time you open your inbox, there are about a dozen people already waiting for your reply, your assistance, your time?

Plan To Design

I plan to Design a Wordpress Theme for my own site. Heck, I’ve been making people their WP Themes and yet I don’t do one for myself. That’s not fair! Lol. Thing is, while designing I don’t seem to get satisfied with anything at all. I think it’s going to take me more than a week to finish it. How’s that, huh?

Another thing, I am so confused on what to do with webfrap.com - I forgot why I bought that domain and now it’s taking so much of my time just trying to come up with something as of the moment. Do you have any suggestions?

Sigh, I worked all day today. Didn’t even get my skin sun-kissed except when I was feeding our pets (if that’s ever counted at all). So I should go out tomorrow. I deserve it.

Wrap-Up

What a toxic day. I managed to design a couple of Wordpress Themes and now my hands are really tired. My head hurts so bad too! I might go to sleep in a while.

Hectic Week Ahead

Over the weekend, I got to design two Wordpress Themes. It’s currently being coded and will probably be available for download around next week. I am always working on three column designs so I can make it widget and adsense ready. By doing so, such template style gets downloaded a lot.

Also with the success of the Green With Envy Theme. Already approaching a thousand downloads in a little over a week. I plan to make a similiar theme, only that it’s going to be blue this time. Obviously, it would be named Blue With Envy. I haven’t worked on it but it should be done this week.

I’ve already turned down 3 job offers this week. I just don’t have the time. It’s good that a lot of people have been wanting me to work for them but I also don’t want to risk the quality of work that I do just because of problems that might arise for accepting jobs/projects and not being able to complete them.

Moving on, I have a few web projects in mind. Hopefully, I can start on them too this week. As for a few hours I have now before I eat lunch, I shall go blog hopping, Get a few link exchange if I can.
