1. Take Risks - Do not be afraid to take risks.. where is the fun in that? If you want something, go for it! Do not try and justify every action you make. Sometimes, all you have to do is to take that big leap! We usually allow ourselves to settle at what is safe and secure and yet we end up wondering at all the “what if’s?” and “what could have been’s?” in life.
2. Make Opportunities - This is more logical than waiting for opportunity to knock on your door - which may or may never come.
3. Have a Plan - Always have a plan.. this is the best way to stay on track with your goals. Set a milestone which will provide as your visual in what you are working for, what you have successfully achieved, and what you need to do better.
4. Stay Motivated - When you’re too busy getting what you want you also exhaust all your energies with it and this becomes critical because this is usually the reason why we lose the battle. Half-way through, we get tired and lose the desire to go on. It is important to stay motivated. Remind yourself with the reasons as to why you are working hard.. read motivational quotes and articles. Assure yourself that every effort exerted will eventually pay-off in the long run.
5. Be Patient - Always remember that attaining goals almost always takes time. Be kind to yourself and the people around you because everything is actually a process in working your way up the ladder each day.

1. Flipping Websites - Also called as Virtual Real Estate. You buy websites that are being sold at a cheaper price and revamp the site to maximize its potential. The main goal here to work on improving the site and then sell it for a quick cash.
2. Squidoo Lenses - Creating lenses or pages at squidoo is fairly easy and should take about 30 minutes or so. After that, you simply start adding and promoting your affiliate products. Since Squidoo lenses rank higher in google, it brings in more traffic and more chances for people to purchase items using your squidoo pages.
3. Image Hosting Site - Bandwidths are getting cheaper these days.. so you can just set-up an image hosting site. Lots of people would want most of their images hosted on other servers (think myspace images being used on commenting) .. high traffic would do wonders on CPM ads.
4. Get Paid to Blog- Try Smorty-Get Paid to Blog or similar programs. You do not need to promote anything or wait for anyone to click on any link for you to earn something. Once your post has been approved, you get paid right away.
5. Sell links at Tnx.Net - take advantage of your high ranking PR site or your average rate of site visitors by selling text links on your site. This is a good opportunity for publishers to monetize their sites and for advertisers to drive more traffic to their sites, as well as improving search engine listings.

I’m on the phone right now with GoDaddy Tech Support (he keeps on putting me on hold so I’ve managed to write a post), I had to call because I was wondering why my Domain Name is currently on hold. He says, the domain name has an invalid whois information and that the domain name must be pretty popular considering someone took the time to report it to them, lol.
Most of my domains are protected and you won’t see any whois information except this particular domain I’m having problems with. Now I know why Domain Privacy is important.
Okay, the Customer Support Guy is back.. so.. have to end this.
UPDATE: my domain name is back! Yey!
